How to Request Data Deletion
- Email info@fbtoolscms.com.
- Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
- Include the email address used for your PageGuard CMS account.
- If applicable, include the Facebook Page name or Page ID connected to your account.
What We Delete
After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize data associated with your account where applicable, including:
- Your connected Facebook account record in PageGuard CMS.
- Stored access tokens for connected Facebook Pages.
- Imported Page, post, and comment data associated with your connection where deletion is appropriate.
- Application account data that is no longer required to provide the service.
Operational and Legal Records
Some moderation logs, security logs, or audit records may be retained when required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or legitimate operational needs. Where possible, retained records will be minimized or anonymized.
Processing Time
We aim to respond to deletion requests within 30 days after receiving enough information to verify and process the request.
